The on-site visit.

- Service reports generated electronically and emailed within 24 hours of each visit. HACCP-format. Date, products with APVMA numbers and batch IDs, areas treated, findings, recommendations, technician signature.
- Sighting log template for staff to record between-visit observations.
- Annual premises risk assessment — full re-evaluation of the operation, traffic flow, supplier deliveries, waste management, and pest risk rating per area.
- Audit support — we’ll attend EHO or FSANZ audits if requested, free for clients on monthly programs.

Setup process.
- Free premises assessment. 45–60 min walkthrough. We map the operation, identify risk areas, and quote the appropriate program level.
- Program quote and contract. Fixed monthly fee, 12-month rolling agreement, 30-day cancellation either side.
- Initial setup visit. Install logbook, place stations, treat known risk areas, brief on-site staff on the sighting log.
- First monthly visit (4 weeks later). Routine service begins. Same technician where possible.
