Termidor vs Sentricon — which is right for my place?

Termites passing through it pick it up, return to the colony, and the non-repellent action wipes out the nest. Best for established houses with accessible external soil and an active infestation. Sentricon is an in-ground baiting system — we install monitoring stations every 3m around the perimeter, switch to bait when termites take the timber, and the colony feeds the bait back to the queen. Best for slab-on-ground new builds, properties with paved or planted perimeters where trenching is destructive, and ongoing protection programs. We use both — the choice depends on your build type, budget and how active the pressure is.
